A one-year fellowship for recent law school graduates or judicial clerks, with an option at the firm's discretion for a one-year extension. The fellow will litigate public interest cases involving union labor law, wage-and-hour law, and whistleblower law, with exposure to all stages of litigation, including developing and investigating cases, interviewing clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, appearing in court, and working on appeals.
