Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of one bar under the Ops Manager's leadership. Maximise sales and profit through excellent guest service and operational standards, while leading, motivating, developing, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure they are fully trained and deliver the brand values. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with shift patterns from 9am to midnight. The yearly salary is £36,000 plus a management bonus every three months of up to £1,600, or £3,200 under the stated bonus option. Full training is provided. Bonus payments are based on quarterly KPIs.
