Experience officiating football or futsal is desirable but not essential. Referees need good communication skills, loud and authoritative signalling, quick decision making, the ability to stay calm under pressure, good presentation, punctuality, and a willingness to assist with game set up and operation. A great attitude, enjoyment of the game, and a strong desire to provide safe and enjoyable games for players are required. Uniform is provided. Shift duration depends on venue availability. An ABN is required.
