Arrange funerals when required, answer the phone and welcome clients, and manage the branch efficiently by keeping it clean, well stocked and welcoming. Receive, record and store flowers for funerals, and receive and record clothing and property of the deceased. Follow all company guidelines, processes and practices. The role requires familiarity with company management information systems or a willingness to learn, good general IT skills, a full and clean driving licence, and a thorough understanding of requirements for funerals and repatriations. Candidates should handle confidential information sensitively, treat clients, colleagues and suppliers with respect, work well independently and as part of a team, and have good literacy, communication, timekeeping, diary management, and a professional, calm and empathetic telephone manner.
