Assistant store managers assist the store manager in executing store operations, supervise a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, and support the store manager in implementing company programs. Starbucks is looking for two years of progressively responsible related experience, including one year of customer service experience, strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
