Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Information Technology Department. Reporting to the IT Manager, Development and Operations, this position focuses on developing and maintaining web applications and systems, updating and patching application servers, administering Association websites, developing database applications, troubleshooting issues, securing third-party data transmissions, and evaluating new technologies. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent proven work experience, at least 5 years of Information Systems experience, including 4 years of programming experience and 2 years in Full Stack Development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Angular JS or Angular, PHP, WCF, Web API, ASP.Net MVC, and the .NET Framework is required, along with knowledge of relational databases, VB .Net, VB Scripts, XML, Java, SQL, Visual Cobol, Visual C#, IIS, Apache, and Tomcat. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, research, teamwork, accuracy, and independent working skills are required.
