Join the growing Driver Support team, providing first-line support across phone calls, emails, social media, charger platform notifications and other channels. Responsibilities include managing tickets within agreed service levels, assisting B2B customers and EV drivers, troubleshooting common issues, escalating complex problems, monitoring customer networks, documenting solutions and contributing feedback to the Customer Experience platform. Customer support experience is preferable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, basic understanding of EV charging systems or willingness to learn, technical aptitude, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in challenging situations are required. The service operates between 06:00 and 22:00, with shifts during these hours. Shift lengths and rotas may vary, with a minimum of 35 contracted hours per month. This is an office-based role at the Central Lancaster office, with some hybrid working available depending on shifts. The role offers £14.50 per hour, 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, a workplace pension, a start-up environment, access to Health Assured Employee Services and company events.
