As a team member in service, you work with colleagues to ensure guests are happy. Duties are varied and include working on the upper floor for birthdays and groups attending high teas, serving guests downstairs and on the terrace, welcoming regular guests, and handling takeaway orders in the shop. Hospitality experience is an advantage but not required. You should be enthusiastic, hospitable, attentive to what guests want, and willing to work across all service areas. You may also have the opportunity to become a barista if that is your passion.
