Responsibilities include event operations and sales, representing the company in retail operations, markets, events, and trade shows, maintaining brand standards and customer experiences, serving product, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting event setup and breakdown. Candidates should be collaborative, have strong relationship-building and communication skills, demonstrate integrity and good judgment, prioritize customer satisfaction, work well in a team, and be flexible to work nights and weekends.
