Responsibilities include maintaining the reception, bathhouse, and shared spaces to a high standard of cleanliness, care, and hygiene; creating a welcoming experience for every guest while following operational procedures and bathhouse protocols; guiding guests through facilities, services, and products; assisting with email enquiries; developing knowledge of the space; maintaining attention to detail and personal presentation; and supporting the wider team across different areas of the business.
