The role involves running a busy bar independently, preparing consistent and well-executed cocktails, supporting floor service, maintaining standards and contributing to the overall guest experience. Applicants should have 1 to 2 or more years of strong bartending experience, be hands-on, and be comfortable working fast-paced evening and weekend shifts. Tagalog speaking is desirable but not essential. This is a part-time role with 15 to 20 or more hours, mainly evenings and weekends, paying £13.00 to £14.00 per hour plus service charge.
