Club Health is seeking passionate Front of House and Patient Care Team members for its Chelsea and Notting Hill clinics. The role focuses on patient care, managing treatment rooms, diaries and bookings, welcoming patients, handling communications and payments, carrying out administration, managing supplies and patient accounts, supporting events and marketing activities, implementing technology changes, maintaining clinic standards, and supporting the multidisciplinary team. The role requires excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, strong client service skills, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, critical thinking, adaptability with technology, a strong command of English, and eligibility to work in the UK. Sales or customer service experience, experience in London clinics with high net worth clientele, related studies, and fluency in Portuguese, Russian or Arabic are considered a plus. Full-time permanent role, 45 hours per week, with flexibility for evening and Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
