Details.
IMC's three-week FPGA School brings together new graduate hires and experienced hardware engineers from across its global offices. Participants develop programming and technical skills in IMC's fast-paced trading environment, learning about trading and financial markets, exchange mechanics, FPGA frameworks, IMC's hardware, development systems, strategies, and design tradeoffs. Training is delivered by internal IMC experts, with hands-on projects and opportunities to collaborate with engineers, developers, traders, senior management and leaders across the business. At the end of the programme, participants return to their local office to continue their professional development with their assigned team.
