Work across The Place Restaurant, The Bar and Fullerton Club Lounge. Responsibilities include providing friendly food and beverage service, setting up refreshment stations, restocking mise en place, setting up furniture and tables, attending to guest requirements, delivering warm and professional service, and following Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation. Previous food and beverage service experience is preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment, but is not essential. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, excellent personal presentation, availability across a seven-day rotating roster, sound beverage knowledge and a current NSW RSA certificate. Candidates must outline their availability for full-time or part-time work in their CV or cover letter.
