Provide friendly food and beverage service to guests, set up meetings and events ranging from small boardroom meetings to high profile events in the Grand Ballroom, set up refreshment stations, restock mise en place, arrange furniture and tables, attend to guest requirements, provide professional service, and comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation. Previous food and beverage service experience is preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel environment, but is not essential. Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, excellent personal presentation, availability across a seven-day rotating roster, sound beverage knowledge, and a current NSW RSA certificate are required.
