The Flower Manor is an established, family owned and operated florist undergoing new management and seeking an experienced florist or recent graduate with a creative eye. This opportunity has potential for long term growth, with hours agreed with the successful applicant and options available Monday to Saturday. Ideally, the role is worked on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Duties include professional and creative production of floral arrangements, inventory control, creating arrangements to suit customer requirements, collaborative communication with team members, working to tight deadlines and customer service. Essential criteria include being organised, reliable and trustworthy, proven floristry experience, a friendly, professional and collaborative communication style, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.
