Responsibilities include providing upbeat, friendly and efficient service, understanding the KBox product and menu, maintaining the cleanliness and behaviour of assigned rooms and venue areas, managing bill payments, maximising sales, completing opening and closing procedures, performing duties assigned by the Manager on Duty and keeping service consistent between the bar and karaoke areas.
