Back to Black is looking for an experienced hospitality manager, preferably with a background in specialty coffee bars. The role includes overseeing coffee operations, recipes, equipment checks, stock ordering, coffee quality, barista training, daily café tasks, floor operations and team management. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality and specialty coffee, have management experience, communicate comfortably in English and Dutch, and be organised, proactive and calm under pressure. The role offers 32 to 36 hours per week, one fixed weekend day off and two consecutive days off, a salary based on experience plus monthly tips, a supportive team and opportunities to grow specialty coffee knowledge.
