Penserra's Fixed Income Group works across corporate bonds, money markets, commercial paper and deposit notes, agency securities, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, municipal securities, high yield and emerging markets. Responsibilities include strengthening existing relationships, creating new client relationships, using Bloomberg for analytics, research and communication, supporting market-making traders, executing trading assignments and single security orders, managing hedging strategies, overseeing best execution and counterparty quality, complying with regulatory requirements, sending trade confirmations, assisting with trade settlement, and working with trading and compliance on operational procedures. Individual and team applications are welcome. Candidates must have an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline with a strong academic record, plus Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
