Penserra's Fixed Income Group covers corporate bonds, money markets, commercial paper, agency securities, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, municipal securities, high yield and emerging markets. Responsibilities include strengthening existing relationships, creating new client relationships, using Bloomberg for analytics, research and communication, supporting market-making traders, executing trading assignments and single security orders, creating and maintaining hedging strategies, overseeing regional best execution and counterparty execution quality, complying with regulatory responsibilities, sending trade confirmations, assisting with trade settlement, and developing operational procedures with trading and compliance. Applicants should have an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline with a strong academic record, plus Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
