Screen NSW is seeking First Nations screen practitioners and community members with an interest in film and television to assess First Nations content in applications made to Screen NSW funding rounds. Consultants will help ensure representations of First Nations stories are accurate and comprehensive, educate and participate in safe and informative processes, and assist Screen NSW Investment Managers in assessing projects. Applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, understand relevant Indigenous screen protocols and Screen NSW guidelines, have a broad understanding of screen, arts and culture, provide factual and unbiased comments and recommendations, and be able to work to tight deadlines.
