Travel to client locations to install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, provide technical training, perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance, repair equipment and replace faulty parts, maintain equipment stock, and complete job reports. The role requires a goal-oriented, self-starting, energetic person with empathy for clients and a willingness to help others. Requirements include a pleasant telephone demeanor, strong client service and communication skills, the ability to work effectively with employees and management, basic clerical and typing skills of 35 words per minute, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Industry knowledge is recommended but not required, and at least two years of hands-on training or client service experience is preferred.
