Fellowships offer an opportunity to provide program support across internal and externally facing projects, with unique learning opportunities. They are open to students and recent graduates and last three months. Fellows gain exposure to development and social impact sector focus areas with a global outlook, experience in management consulting, mentoring through a buddy program and continuous feedback, and the prospect of a career in development or a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
