Ally Therapy is hiring 1 to 2 fee-for-service therapists or supervisors, with the option to grow into a full-time position. The practice specializes in trauma-focused treatment, cross-cultural counseling, womxn's issues, parenting support, gender, sex, and sexuality. Duties include phone consultations, intakes, psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, case documentation, clinical supervision and administrative meetings, workshops and training, and marketing. Applicants must hold an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC license in New York, commit to at least 2 years, specialize in at least one relevant area, have at least 2 years of psychotherapy and assessment experience, and be willing to work at least 1 weekend day, early mornings, or evenings. Compensation is $45 to $80 per hour depending on licensure and experience. Multilingual therapists, queer and trans therapists, and people of color are strongly encouraged to apply.
