Support the safety of families by working directly with men who use violence in relationships. The role provides tailored, strengths-based case management, including intake and risk assessment, safety planning, one-on-one case management and post-participation counselling, behaviour change support, referrals, case coordination and information sharing with stakeholders. Applicants require a degree in Social Work or a related qualification, relevant case management and family violence experience, knowledge of gendered violence, trauma-informed practice, risk assessment frameworks including MARAM and safety planning. Eligibility for relevant professional association membership, a current Working with Children Check, satisfactory National Police Check and current driver's licence are required.
