Manage a caseload of children and young people through strength-based, trauma-informed and child-focused interventions supporting safety and wellbeing. The role delivers a modulated 20-week therapeutic program, including intake, assessment, individual and whole-of-family intervention, case coordination, risk assessment and safety planning. Work closely with Women's and Men's Practitioners, parents, Child Protection, schools and Maternal and Child Health Services to support healing from family violence, healthy family functioning, secure attachments and children's developmental needs. A relevant bachelor's degree and experience in family violence, trauma-informed practice, case management and working with children and families are required. The role is predominantly home-based, with offices in Frankston, Cheltenham, Hampton East or Dandenong, and may require after-school hours.
