Join a growing firm on a fee-sharing basis, managing a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and Children Act 1989 Section 8 applications. Responsibilities include advising on complex financial settlements, conducting negotiations, representing clients in proceedings, maintaining SQM-compliant files, supporting business development and acting as an ambassador for the firm. Applicants must be solicitors qualified in England and Wales with a current Practising Certificate, at least 10 years PQE in Family Law, extensive divorce and financial remedy experience, a strong background in Section 8 applications, business development ability, commercial awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in a Law Society-approved Practice Management System.
