The Stratte Firm is seeking an empathetic and driven Family Law Associate Attorney to provide legal services assigned by partners, lead attorneys, and clients. Responsibilities include counseling and representing clients, maintaining confidentiality and contemporaneous timekeeping, participating in business development, traveling to client meetings, conducting legal research, preparing memoranda and pleadings, appearing at hearings and trials, drafting and reviewing legal documents, communicating with opposing attorneys, interfacing continuously with clients, and complying with court, California State Bar, and firm requirements. This hybrid remote and in-person position includes court appearances and team building, is based in California, and may require travel to Northern or Southern California. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited university, a California bar license, 1 to 3 years of family law experience, and 2 to 5 years of experience practicing law. Oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, diplomacy, organization, professionalism, project management, time management, and computer literacy are desired skills. Compensation is $175,000 to $220,000, with paid time off, sick leave, major holidays paid off, health insurance, and a 401(k) available.
