Two-year apprenticeship programme across the insurance business. You will collaborate with different teams, support day-to-day operations, assist with reports and presentations, gain exposure to key business areas, contribute to projects and initiatives, develop skills and confidence, and gain a qualification through hands-on experience. Applicants should currently be studying towards A Levels or equivalent, have GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above, and demonstrate communication, teamwork, commitment, adaptability, open-mindedness, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Previous work experience is welcomed but not essential. The programme offers a competitive apprenticeship salary, first-hand experience alongside industry experts, continuous development, training and mentoring, and the aim of securing a permanent role following successful completion.
