Join LDN Horticulture's team based in NW3, Primrose Hill, delivering high-quality garden services to high-end residential properties. Duties include garden maintenance across multiple gardens per day, garden makeovers and soft landscaping, planting, minor hard landscaping, and monitoring irrigation systems and water features. Applicants must have strong horticultural knowledge, horticultural qualifications or proven professional experience, a full clean UK driving licence, confidence in plant health, pruning, pests and diseases, and the ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team. The role offers a base holiday allowance of 31 days including bank holidays, a profit-related bonus scheme, overtime at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate after 4:30pm, a monthly phone allowance, company events, uniform, safety footwear allowance, and additional employee benefits.
