ANGERIS is recruiting experienced engineers to strengthen its AMO teams in Paris and Lyon. Under the direction of the agency manager, the role involves independently managing technical project assistance assignments for the construction, renovation or fitting out of commercial buildings, from programming through delivery. Duties include monitoring environmental certifications and labels, representing the client throughout the operation, managing commercial space fitting-out projects, monitoring studies and operations, assessing and tracking modifications, conducting site visits, participating in handovers and ensuring the lifting of reservations and delivery of compliance documents. The role also includes advising clients, auditing existing property portfolios, preparing service offers, supporting investors in dealings with developers and third parties, assisting with technical VEFA or BEFA negotiations and working with the Asset Management and Consulting teams. Candidates should have a master's degree in engineering, architecture or university studies, successful experience in a similar engineering, project management or consulting role, experience in consulting, engineering or construction, technical knowledge of construction and regulations, an interest in sustainable construction, autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, organisation and service orientation. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, and AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
