Join Stitch Coffee's kitchen team at QVB or Broadway in Sydney. Create simple, bold, flavour-driven dishes, collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff, maintain food safety and a clean workspace, contribute to seasonal menu development, mentor junior team members, monitor inventory and reduce wastage. The role requires 1 to 2 years of professional chef experience, cafe and breakfast cuisine experience, strong communication and organisational skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Early starts, early finishes and no late-night shifts are offered, with opportunities to progress into supervisor or leadership roles as new stores open.
