Soultality Center for Psychotherapy is hiring an experienced clinician to help build its private practice in Harvard Square. This fee-for-service position offers competitive pay per session and focuses on anxiety and related disorders, including OCD, panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, using evidence-based practices such as ERP, ACT and CBT. The practice is also interested in clinicians open to working with children and adolescents. Requirements include active and unrestricted Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC, or pre-licensed LCSW status; proficiency in CBT, ERP and ACT for anxiety disorders; willingness to see at least 20 to 25 patients per week; professional liability insurance with $1 million/$3 million limits; and the ability to manage scheduling and clinical documentation independently. This hybrid position requires a confidential remote workspace and availability for in-person appointments at least two days per week in Harvard Square. Benefits include flexible hours, competitive compensation of $85 to $125 per hour, individual and group case consultation, training, an established stream of mainly self-pay referrals, billing assistance, electronic health record access, HIPAA-compliant phone service, continuing education funds and a health insurance stipend for clinicians carrying a caseload of at least 20 to 25 patients per week.
