The role involves taking cases from inception to resolution, managing complex caseloads, conducting depositions, evaluating claims, building partnerships with claim professionals, meeting court deadlines, and handling pre-litigation and post-litigation negotiations. Candidates should have exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, be collaborative, proactive in case management, and open to continuous improvement. Experience or interest in product liability, bodily injury, trucking, auto, construction, premises liability, coverage, and large loss property cases is welcomed.
