The senior team member on the floor during a shift at DARKFIELD at AREA15, Las Vegas. Duties include opening and closing containers, running the operating day, keeping sessions on time, leading and supporting Experience Guides, running show start-up, shutdown and resets, troubleshooting basic show systems, supporting guests, leading safety procedures, completing show reports and handovers, and keeping the site clean, safe and ready for audiences. The role requires experience leading a team in a guest-facing environment, calm and practical problem-solving, strong people skills, confidence using operational tools, and health and safety awareness. Full training is provided.
