Sequence is seeking an Executive Producer to produce multiple intricate projects simultaneously across corporate, media, entertainment, finance, and nonprofit clients and events. The role includes client oversight, high-level production, strategic onboarding, client relationship management, staffing guidance, contractor and event staff management, event timelines and logistics, venue and vendor sourcing, attendee and sponsorship tracking, quality control, strategic and creative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, time tracking, creative brainstorms, business development support, systems training, and mentorship of junior staff and freelancers. Candidates must have 8 to 10 years of event planning and project management experience, including agency experience, and experience overseeing a wide variety of clients and events such as conferences, activations, and experiential brands. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, computer and internet research skills, multitasking, and project ownership are required.
