Seaport Financial Partners is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support its partners and management team. Responsibilities include administrative support, strategic calendar coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, expense reporting, travel and transportation bookings, bill payment, document filing, personal support, reception, internal workflow management, office management, and IT support. Candidates should have executive assistant or relevant administrative support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits include a 401(k), health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and work from home. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with some weekends depending on partner travel. The role is hybrid remote in Boston, Massachusetts.
