Join CARNE's summer festival crew working at events and festivals around the UK. The role involves working in front and back of house at festival set-ups, preparing and serving food, cleaning, stocking, cooking and maintaining food quality. You will follow internal health and safety protocols and excellent hygiene practices, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and may be required to work long hours and undertake physical work. Full internal and industry recognised food handling training is provided for beginners and entry-level candidates. There are opportunities to become involved in menu development, team leading, social media exposure and increased responsibilities. Candidates should be able to commute to the central kitchen and storage unit in South East London, and be flexible and available on weekdays and weekends during the festival period from May to September.
