The role involves planning, conducting and reflecting on daily educational work in line with the Berlin Education Programme, ensuring qualified care, education and development of children, supporting children with disabilities, coordinating integration-related tasks, working with families, helping organise events and public relations activities, contributing to AWO quality management, documenting work and attending further training. Applicants should enjoy working with children, have completed educator training and completed or started further training as a specialist educator for integration or have a special education qualification. Communication and teamwork skills and high resilience are required.
