Responsible for origination and execution of equity transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades and private placements. Acts as a client contact, leads live deals, develops pitch materials, oversees financial analysis, monitors markets, identifies business opportunities, and mentors Analysts and Associates. Requires typically 5 or more years of Investment Banking or Capital Markets experience, preferably in ECM, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint and Bloomberg, familiarity with Dealogic, PitchBook and SEC filings, strong financial market knowledge, analytical skills and high ethical standards. The expected starting salary is $250,000 to $275,000 annually.
