Duties include collaborating with solicitors and senior team members, communicating with clients, insurers, financial institutions and government departments, performing data entry using legal systems and software, handling general administration, saving correspondence, managing emails, organising and maintaining digital files, diary management and providing reception relief. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an interest in the legal industry and administration, strong organisation and reliability, a willingness to learn, professionalism, empathy, responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, word processing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and full Australian working rights.
