After-School All-Stars New Jersey is seeking skilled and passionate enrichment instructors to develop and deliver engaging, innovative programs for scholars. Instructors are needed for cosmetology, fitness and wellness, martial arts, and STEM or Weird Science. Ideal candidates have expertise and experience in a hands-on skill area, classroom management and instruction, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people. Candidates must be available without conflict on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. General qualifications include eligibility to work in the USA with children, required fingerprinting, background and tuberculosis checks, some post-secondary undergraduate or technical career study, experience with children in large group instructional, coaching, or camp settings, strong classroom and group management skills, proactive planning and organizational skills, collaborative ability, effective communication, and compliance with company, site, or school district policies and protocols.
