enviENERGY Studio is seeking a full-time Energy & Sustainability Consultant with 2+ years of experience in building energy modeling and/or Passive House design consulting. Responsibilities include energy modeling and analysis for new and existing buildings, Passive House design consulting, developing energy conservation and decarbonization strategies, using eQuest, OpenStudio, and WUFI Passive, contributing to LEED, WELL, and Fitwel documentation, assisting with energy benchmarking and emissions reduction strategies, communicating findings through reports and presentations, collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams, and contributing to internal tools and company growth initiatives. Qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, proficiency with energy modeling tools, understanding of building systems and high-performance design strategies, familiarity with ASHRAE 90.1 and relevant energy codes, ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and strong communication skills. LEED AP and Certified Passive House Consultant credentials are preferred.
