Deliver engaging and effective EMS training sessions, build rapport with clients, motivate and guide them towards their goals, provide five-star customer service and maintain a high-end professional facility. The role includes paid two-week training leading to Level 1 SpeedFit EMS Instructor Certification, career progression, sales education, professional development, flexible working options, competitive wages and commission opportunities, free SpeedFit training, social events and monthly meetups. No prior EMS experience is required. Cert III in Fitness must be current and registered with a recognised Australian training organisation, and candidates must have a valid Australian work visa or citizenship. Previous sales, hospitality or retail experience, a passion for health and wellness, a proactive and goal-driven attitude, the ability to motivate people and a desire to develop are desirable. Immediate starts and promotion to Studio Manager may be available.
