Osbourne Pinner is recruiting an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE experience in employment law. The role involves providing legal support across equality and discrimination, disciplinary and grievance issues, reorganisations and redundancies, settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, TUPE, Tribunal claims and HR support for organisations. Desirable experience includes advising on settlement agreements, handling a variety of employment law claims, assessing new enquiries and claim merits, drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks and agreements, and advising on restrictive covenants. Candidates should be qualified Employment Solicitors currently handling a similar caseload at a leading firm, with a developed employment law background, the ability to find sound solutions to complex issues, excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to achieving the best possible client outcome.
