Provide employment law advice and support to a varied client base, helping individuals resolve workplace disputes constructively. Responsibilities include advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters, negotiating settlements and agreements, supporting dispute resolution and mediation-focused approaches, managing your own caseload, delivering practical and commercially focused advice, and contributing to the growth and development of YESS services. The role offers hybrid working, flexible and negotiable hours, up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience, pension, six weeks' annual leave plus public holidays, a discretionary organisational performance bonus, and meaningful charity-sector work with genuine social impact.
