Concordia is seeking autonomous HR consultants and employment relations specialists across all UK regions to support and coach clients through employment relations cases, acting as case managers from the start of an issue through to resolution. The role may include running investigations, delivering remedial training, and undertaking larger HR projects and strategic work. Applications are welcomed from independent HR professionals, employment law professionals, and growing HR consultancy businesses with experience in employment relations, grievances and disciplinary cases, investigations, staff restructuring, Acas Conciliation and Employment Tribunal claims.
