The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing factory machinery and equipment, coordinating mechanical work orders, directing emergency repairs, interpreting designs and manuals, conducting inspections and testing, and supporting new equipment installations or system modifications. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, at least 2 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing as a mechanical supervisor preferred, bilingual English and Korean skills, willingness to travel to Korea for one-month OJT training, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and computer skills, and the ability to work long shifts and overnight.
