Three-year tenure Leading Teacher position responsible for leading and innovating learning and relationships across a junior, middle or senior sub-school. Duties include developing year-level curricular and co-curricular programs, overseeing student care and wellbeing, leading restorative approaches to student management, using data to inform teaching and feedback, supporting transitions and pathways, engaging with students, families and staff, managing critical incidents, developing professional learning, ensuring policy and compliance, and building the capacity of program leaders. The role requires an experienced classroom practitioner up to Year 12, strong ICT, curriculum, systems analysis, data analysis, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, experience with large-school logistics and restorative approaches, knowledge of DET Student Engagement Guidelines, and strong financial control skills.
