Gain independent-practice experience before graduating from psychiatry residency through a Transition-to-Practice clinical experience with educational and medico-legal backup supervision. Responsibilities include inpatient rounds on adult, geriatric, and child and adolescent psychiatry units, emergency department consultations, management of inpatient ward calls, consultation-liaison psychiatric consults, and participation in establishing and improving the program. Three weekend shifts are available: Friday 17:00 to Saturday 08:00, Saturday 08:00 to Sunday 08:00, and Sunday 08:00 to 23:00.
